Effective outreach to people coming out of incarceration is a necessary step to bring them successfully into society. Coach/mentors are aligning with 2nd Chance Indiana to guide and support new reentrants. Arthur Beatty, who spent 32 years in Indiana prisons met with Jim and Nancy Cotterill to share his experiences and offer help to young juveniles who need a guiding hand.
