2nd Chance Indiana’s Employer Directory includes companies that have self-identified as Second Chance Employers by joining the
Second Chance Business Coalition, signing the White House Fair Chance Pledge, and/or posting their available jobs on one of a number of existing second chance hiring platforms. In addition to consulting those sources of publicly available information, to increase the value of this directory for those we serve, we spoke directly to staff members in community corrections, parole, and probation offices in Indiana's 92 counties, and consulted with our community partners throughout the state. We also included all companies that employ the justice-impacted individuals that 2nd Chance Indiana's Reentry Transportation Program delivers to work on a daily basis.
